Our Story: Where Passion Meets Purpose

At Oak + Ember, every choice we make is rooted in intention. We believe that good coffee should nourish both people and the planet, and that sustainability is a journey we grow into, one thoughtful step at a time.

Founded by two coffee aficionados Oak & Ember started as a weekend pop-up serving plant-based coffee at local farmers’ markets. Each cup reflected a belief that great coffee can be crafted with compassion, using dairy-free milks, natural sweeteners, and eco-friendly materials.
